4 steps for booking:
1) Please fill out the signup form. This information is required so we can deliver the best possible experience for your child.
2) In the signup form please select the number of sessions you would like your child to attend. E.g: If you want to attend Monday and Tuesday please click the checkbox for each day you wish to attend AND select “2 items” in the box when prompted how many sessions you want to book.
3) Pay
4) Your booking is confirmed with the confirmation Email. Thanks :)
Please note: When booking for multiple children you will need to sign up each child through an individual booking (E.g. Filling 2 signup forms and need to go through this process twice).

Contribution:
4 hour session including 1 meal, games + activity: £20
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your interest in our club. To ensure the smooth running of our programme and to secure the necessary resources such as venue rental and staff, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £8 is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place in the programme.
This deposit helps cover administrative costs and is not refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation by Participants
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply:
Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the start of the event will be eligible for a refund of any fees paid, excluding the £8 deposit.
Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the start of the event are not eligible for any refund. This is due to our commitments to venue rental and staffing, which are planned in advance based on confirmed participation.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the programe, we will provide a full refund, including the deposit, to all participants.
