What is confidence club?
Confidence Club supports girls and gender-diverse children age 10-14 to playfully learn about important topics related to growing up.
It sets them up for an ongoing healthy relationship with their bodies and minds and they make friends whilst having fun.
We play games, create crafts, do creative exercises and we answer their questions and respond to their worries. We offer tools to build confidence, improve wellbeing and contribute to positive mental health and body image so important during puberty.
