Friedel Fink - Founder & Managing Director
Friedel Fink is a Holistic Health Educator specialised in women’ s health and Relationship and Sex Educator in schools and the community. She founded Big Sis CIC in 2020, a UK based wellbeing platform developing girl empowerment initiatives supporting girls 8-12 and their immediate support networks.
Through her interdisciplinary background, rooted in the arts, education and interactive community projects, she is passionate in finding creative and accessible ways that inspire for a positive body image, emotional resilience and a growing self-esteem cross culturally.
Friedel advocates for menstrual empowerment projects worldwide, and is a facilitator for the Menstrual Education Workshop 'A Celebration for Girls'.
Clare Coyne - School Outreach & Volunteer Coordination
Clare has a background in social work, counselling and community radio and has spent many years working with young people in these fields. She has experience of volunteer management, providing pastoral care, as well as organisational skills, to enable a supportive working environment rooted in trust and openness.
A daily practitioner of yoga and meditation, and passionate about the outdoors, Clare is an advocate of movement, mindfulness and nature as interconnected ways of supporting ourselves. Wellness, communication and creativity form the ground springs of Clare’s approach to all areas of her life.

Hannah Thomas - School Outreach & Marketing
Hannah is founder of ‘The Creative Cottage’; a creative agency providing marketing, events and creative writing solutions for small and medium sized businesses. She has previous experience in events management, publishing and as a secondary school business teacher and has a BA in Arts and Cultural Management. Hannah is passionate about connecting people, creativity and social equality.

Victoria Dufour-Cox - Menstrual Cycle Awareness Educator
Victoria's work is rooted in her inquiry in her own awareness of her menstrual cycle and the positive effect this awareness has on how she interacts with life as well as her love for our natural environment.
Victoria is passionate about girls receiving support and knowledge allowing them an educated choice and an empowered start on their journey to adulthood. With this work, Victoria is stepping up as a mentor for her community.
She is also a facilitator for ‘A Celebration Day For Girls’ and women as well as a Forest School leader. Mother of one who loves the outdoors and dancing.
