BIG SIS Confidence Club supports girls and non-binary folks 10-13 to playfully learn about important topics related to growing up.

It sets them up for an ongoing healthy relationship with their bodies and minds and they make friends whilst having fun.

They'll play games, create crafts, do creative exercises and we answer their questions and respond to their worries.

This space is lovingly facilitated for 10-13 year olds by Big Sis mentors.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your interest in our club. To ensure the smooth running of our programme and to secure the necessary resources such as venue rental and staff, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of £5 is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place in the programme.

• This deposit helps cover administrative costs and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation by Participants

• If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the start of the event will be eligible for a refund of any fees paid, excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the start of the event are not eligible for any refund. This is due to our commitments to venue rental and staffing, which are planned in advance based on confirmed participation.

Cancellation by Us

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the programme, we will provide a full refund, including the deposit, to all participant
