'Preparing Girls for Puberty' Live Webinar for mums and female carers

*MONTHLY WEBINAR*

8-10pm BST (London)/9 CET (Berlin)/3pm EDT (New York)

What do our girls need to grow into confident and resilient people?

How can I support her on her journey of wellbeing while her body starts changing?

If you are you a mum or female carer of a 8-12-year-old girl and would like some guidance or exchange around these questions, join our webinar! We want to answer the inquiries we had from people who work with girls age 8-12 in contexts like education, health/care, counselling etc. too and want to invite you to our Webinar.

The first message or response that a girl receives about what it means to have a period/growing up/her body is important and influences directly how she feels about her body for years to come.
Join us for real talk about:

~ the menstrual cycle & periods
~ girl's most frequent questions
~ tips and conversation openers for ongoing conversations around growing up with the girl in your care

Growing up isn' t exactly a walk in the park - so isn' t parenting!
But we firmly believe we can ease this process, guiding girls into a process of learning about their bodies and understanding puberty in a fun and empowering way.

In this webinar we open a conversation to deal with your kids most frequent questions. We'll discuss your girl's needs, how to have open conversations early on, introduce menstrual products and other techniques and resources we use to open the big topic of puberty.

Facilitated by Friedel Fink, Holistic & Menstrual Educator
and Founder of Big Sis CIC
