'Dads & Daughters- Girls Puberty' Live Webinar

The first message or response that a girl receives about what it means to have a period/growing up/her body is important and influences directly how she feels about her body for years to come.
You as fathers hold an important role in your daughter's transition to adulthood. If you would like some guidance or exchange around these questions, join our webinar series!

We offer a space where fathers can feel comfortable to express concerns, worries and contribute their experience in a non-judgmental environment.

Webinar #1 Puberty
In this Webinar, we are looking at how puberty is experienced by girls.

You'll learn about:

- Physical, emotional and psychological changes in puberty
- What girls want to know about puberty
- How fathers can prepare and support their daughters to live well with a menstrual cycle
- Building empathy and connection with your daughter
- explain the range of menstrual products on the market

We will provide you with context, tips and conversation openers for ongoing conversations around growing up with the girl in your care and a space for your questions.
