Refund Policy

We use Inkthreadable to print on demand. Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply send a message on live chat with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

If it's due to you changing your mind or the size you ordered doesn’t fit we don’t accept exchanges.

If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery.
